ANJEA NIGHTS

THE GOODS:
45ml FNQ Rum Co. Rum, 15ml Orange liqueur
25ml Orange Juice, 15ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup, Tsp Sesame oil
Pinch of ground ginger, Pinch of ground star anise
Whole star anise for garnish

THE METHOD:
Combine with ice in a shaker FNQ Rum Co. Platinum, orange liqueur, orange and lime juice, sugar syrup and pinch of ground ginger. Shake well and strain into
punch glass.

THE GARNISH:
Drop in whole star anise and sprinkle a pinch of star anise over surface. Finish with a few drops of sesame oil.
